This is a Mon, Wed, Thurs schedule. 3 days per week for 4 weeks. This is a BASIC PLAN, therefore you MUST ATTEND THIS TIME ONLY. Does not include weekend sessions. If you'd like a flexible plan that allows you ANY time and access to weekends, please look into the 3 Month or Unlimited Plan. You will need a set of 3 lbs dumbbells, a BIG BEACH SIZED towel, weight lifting gloves, and a bottle of water for camp daily.
