February 2021 Fit Camp - Unlimited Any Time Plan (4 Weeks)
This is a Mon thru Thurs schedule, with access to weekend training which makes this a 4 to 5 days per week camp. This is an UNLIMITED PLAN, therefore you may attend ANY TIME. You will need a set of 3 lbs dumbbells, a BIG BEACH SIZED towel, weight lifting gloves, and a bottle of water for camp daily.
